Hartford HealthCare is actively hiring qualified Nursing Students expected to graduate Winter of 2025 or Spring of 2026 for the Nursing Fellowship Program beginning June 2, 2025 . The Nursing Fellowship Program is a full-time (36-40 hours per week) 8-week paid position for nursing students to gain practical experience through immersion in a nursing specialty. Nursing Fellows will gain an understanding of the role of the Registered Nurse at Hartford HealthCare via classroom, clinical, and professional development opportunities.

Critical Care
- Operating Room
- Perianesthesia Care (PACU)
- Emergency Department
- Obstetrics
- Cardiology
- Neuroscience
- Medical-Surgical
- Flynn Oncology (BSN students only)
- Behavioral Health
- Medical Group
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Current BSN, ASN, or Accelerated nursing student with a projected graduation of Winter 2025 or Spring 2026
- Preferred GPA of 3.2 or better and in good standing at school
- Unofficial transcripts
- Current resume highlighting any clinical experiences or related job history
- One (1) letter of recommendation from a nursing school faculty member
- Personal Statement addressing the following:
- Why are you interested in the fellowship program at Hartford HealthCare?
- What specifically interests you about each specialty you are applying to?
